In fact, these principles often fall under “Six Sigma Training”. Regardless of name, some timeless quality concepts include: 1. Ask the customer to define quality. 2. Empower people within systems to create quality. 3. Speak with data not just opinions. 4. Be preventative not reactive. 5. Add value not paperwork.* 6.
