"The Q1 Site Assessment Evaluation Matrix is a 'checklist' used to provide objective evidence that satisfies the Q1 Site Expections addressed in Q1 2002, Appendix C. Q1现场评估表是一个用于为符合编录在Q1 2002(见附录C)中的项目提供客观证据的检查清单.

Suppliers are required to keep completed copies of the Q1 2002 Site Assessment checklist, and accompanying corrective action plans, covering the prior 24 months.
