"The Q1 Site Assessment Evaluation Matrix is a 'checklist' used to provide objective evidence that satisfies the Q1 Site Expections addressed in Q1 2002, Appendix C.
"
Suppliers are required to provide the completed 'checklist' to the responsible STA engineer upon request.
Suppliers are required to keep completed copies of the Q1 2002 Site Assessment checklist, and accompanying corrective action plans, covering the prior 24 months. These copies are to be maintained at the supplier manufacturing location and available upon request from the responsible STA engineer.
"Changes to this document are identified by:
- Drop-Down Comments: If you wish to view the changes:
(1) Click on Tools/Options/Comments
(2) Select Comment indicator only or Comment & indicator
Use the mouse pointer to view the Comments on cells with a red flag
- Column A in the Site Assessment: Identifies a change in that row with an ""x""
- A list at the end of the Site Assessment: Can be printed out by File/Page Setup/
Sheet/Comments: At End of Sheet (option highlighted)
To view row letters and column numbers:
(1) Click on File/Page Setup/Sheet
(2) Select Row and column headings
