如何与客户达成交易？

[以商会友]会员： 在这里看了好多文章，有的写的非常好，给了我好多启示。也有很多朋友抱怨做了好多工作，但还是没有客户的定单。更有一些朋友发布文章需要帮助。现在我以自己的一个例子来说明对企业和产品的专业对于达成交易的重要性。

are you able to mix bristles 40% with pa6 60% diam 0.55mm to bristle hair brushes? if affirmative will ask you to quote several qualities .best regards客户虽然发来了邮件，但是这里面几乎没有产品规格信息。并且bristle没有0.55mm的。这是一个关键的问题，就看你对产品熟悉不熟悉？我们一个业务员看了这个邮件不知道该怎么回复。并且说客户只是没事发发邮件，看看价格。不过根据我的经验，客户应该是用来做发刷的。于是回复：1：确定产品2：我们有很多做发刷的客户有时也需要这样的产品，我们可以做，请问你们是否用来做发刷？3：给了他一些建议：we can quote you the firm and send you the samples when you provide information as follows:the pa6 is flagging& tipping or not?the length of the bristle?or the thickness of the bristle?i wonder whether you have made the hair brush or paint brush with the goods?there are some hair brush company require the goods of yellowed root cutting bristle mixed pa6 without flagged.they require the bristle of thickness from 0.20-0.35mm and the pa6 of 0.45-0.55mm.当天，客户回信1-the mixture will be used in hair brushes（证明了我的推断）2-length of cuts 35mm , 44mm and 40mm(less important)（产品信息）3-could you use pa6.10 instead of pa6 (nylon 6 )4-flagging not necessary for hairbrushes（产品信息）5-we require the nylon in diameter of 0.55mm and the bristle as stiff as possible（依然不清楚bristle的粗度，只是说一样硬）6-tipping :send several samples with yellowish tips .we will then decide taking in account the prices and quality.we suggest you send us a wide variety of samples to be able to choose.可以确定，客户是用来做发刷的，我的推断是正确的。并且他所说的猪鬃是否是染黄头切鬃呢？还没有确定猪鬃的粗度，于是求信息。第二天，收到邮件2-bristle yellowish tip.（哈哈我的推断又是正确的确认是黄头切鬃）(i do not think you can have nylon which has yellowish brown tips)3-i know that bristle diameter cannot be 0.55mm!（因为bristle很少涉及到粗度，很多人不知道粗度）ok bristle diameter 0.35.（粗度确认了）确认如何做样品：in view of the above and after studied your email,we will prepare some samples like this:35mm or 40mm pa6 mixed with the yellowed root cutting bristle whose length is same to pa6.the 40% is bristle the balance is pa6. soon send you for we can confirm the goods and the quality.after that the quotation will give you soon.how about your suggestions?客户确认。做样品。寄出。
